Leadership Council

Fedorov - Leadership Council

Billington CyberSecurity

Founded in 2010, Billington CyberSecurity hosts cybersecurity education events that aim to secure cyber infrastructure. These include 9 annual Federal Leadership Council Breakfasts, 4 State and Local Leadership Council Breakfasts, frequent webinars, customized breakfasts, a major State and Local summit going into its second year, and the leading annual federal cybersecurity summit taking place each fall, now in its 16th year.

Billington CyberSecurity Federal Leadership Council

Throughout the year, Billington CyberSecurity convenes together with partners to engage in a Chatham House Rule Dialogue with a high-level government cyber leader. Billington CyberSecurity invites speakers from all across the federal government including FedCiv, DoD, Law Enforcement, and the IC. Partners have the opportunity to engage in peer networking and learn more about the priorities and challenges facing the speaker’s organization and the cyber industry as a whole. These events follow each agency’s widely attended gathering rules.

In 2026, the Federal Leadership Council will feature 9 Sessions at an Exclusive Venue in Downtown D.C.
